Addressing Health Disparities in Asthma: Creative Solutions
The Asthma Alliance of North Carolina invites you to attend the Annual North Carolina Asthma Summit. The 2012 Summit will feature two panels this year. The morning panel will feature talented healthcare providers discussing "Disparities in Asthma". The afternoon panel will feature talented people working in various communities across the state to address asthma. We are excited to have our very own State Health Director, Dr. Laura Gerald as our Keynote Speaker. The Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for asthma champions throughout North Carolina to showcase success stories and share strategies for dealing with asthma in our communities.
Participants will interact with supportive leaders within our state and other advocates who have made a significant impact on individuals with asthma. Afternoon breakout sessions will offer practical asthma-related information, resources, and exciting new projects.
